The terms

Season runs 15 November to 15 April.
Up to 34 clearing events included. Further events are billed at half the casual rate.
30% deposit at signing. The balance is spread over four monthly instalments.
10% early bird if you sign before 30 September.

We survey every property before the season starts. Your price is confirmed after that visit, and you can walk away if it changes.

Site visits run through October and early November. We mark culverts and septic beds and agree where snow gets stacked before anything is signed.
